..... if I’m not mistaken – about a year ago, didn’t I debut my
blog with the Royal Winter Fair?
Well, guess where I was last week!!! For a nice change of pace – not one livestock shot this
time!!!
.... a butter sculpture bunny!!!
But if I don’t post any livestock photos – my pool of posting
material is quite minuscule!! So just
one! This guy is actually standing in
front of fan, letting his titian locks blow in the wind – ala 70’s shampoo
commercial!!!

… spotted a Junco on last week’s birding walk. Apparently the Junco is a "harbinger" of colder
weather - it’s another one of those bird species that flies south for the winter,
to the more temperate weather of southern Ontario!
So with the season and time charge - for all of you keeping score
(including me!) – here’s my summer bird count!
Something to look at and sigh deeply over when the winter winds blow!
Cedar Wax Wing
Gold Finch
Robin
Cooper's Hawk
Rose Breasted Grosbeak
Red-Winged Blackbird
some blue bird ...
Oh my, it’s going to be a long retirement!)
