You'd think that being retired, I'd have better things to do with my time than hang
around the waterfront in the middle of February. But you would be wrong! I actually
did head down to the waterfront (J.C. Scaddington Park, Mississauga) on Friday to do some winter bird watching (yes, that's an real thing!) Besides spotting some ducks
and birds, I spotted a whole lot of frozen foliage and rocks! Quite spectacular actually! Though given the hurricane-force winds over the weekend, I doubt if a lot of the
trees and shrubs are still standing. If the weather plays nice, I may take a run down later in the week and check out the "damage".
